PACIFIC OCEAN (April 30, 2009) Sailors chock and chain an Indian Navy Chetak helicopter to the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) as amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) passes behind.
